Stolen Dust Caps

i know its not anything new but i had mine nicked over the last week, i have seen the ones that you use an allen key to get off, but a freind had these and they just pulled out the whole valve leaving 4 flat tyres.i have been told Halfords do a set of 4 for around £3?

There's quite a few people who swear by the 'anti-theft' ones and have had no problems

I have the spinning ones on. Been on for over 2 years. (Lexus) Logo. And the chrome sleeves for the valve stems.

I can't remember which eBay seller I bought them from but they are similar to these

I noticed one of my dust caps was missing (presumably stolen) prior to the last service. I mentioned it when the car went in and they replaced it F.O.C. I don't have the anti-theft ones and I am paranoid that they are all going to get nicked one day.

i had 3 of mine stolen when i popped into tesco's for 15 minutes. Thieving scum.

These, click, are the ones I have. They are pretty good, although a removal and soak in oil to keep them spinning freely is needed every now and again.

Wife popped into Asda came back and 3 were missing well peeed off as car is only 2 weeks old...

I got the locking ones from Fleebay for £7.21 including post pack...

I had mine stolen after just 6 weeks!

Or just dont shop at Supermarkets as this seems to lower the risk :)

Try home delivery....safer all round for you and the car :)

Mine were nicked on my driveway. Oddly, one of the kids grassed up his mate by knocking on my door and telling me. So I grabbed his mate and he gave them back (he wanted them on his bike 'cos they looked cool), he only had three, some other scrote had nicked the other one sometime before that and I hadn't noticed.
