OK JAE is almost upon us, and once again the club has to choose categories for the Trophies

In previous years we have had the following categories:

Best of Show

2nd place

Best Standard

2nd place

Best Modified

2nd place

Furthest travelled (Continental Europe members)

this year i have asked the main forum sponsors to provide a voucher, both have agreed, the categories have not yet been chosen for these, i will consult further with the traders.

So its down to You, the members this year to choose the categories for the trophies, or come up with your own, the only stipulation must be that they are universal to all the Lexus Models

i will choose the categories, next weekend

not everyone can produce the best car so would give more members something to look forward to

prizes could be novelty or even membership to gold or something similar

I like those Barrie, what about the smelliest, as I'm sure after the curry there will be a bit of an aroma around the club stand!

Also, in car terms, what about an award for the best work by an amateur - ie not something done at a garage?

Or the most inspired modification that's out of the ordinary - something custom of course...

so, we are happy with the following catagories......

i will run this along with a show and shine type event on the saturday afternoon, for the best of show, and i will get "someone in who noone knows to judge best modified, and hopefully someone from lexus to judge best std.
