Ever since i got my car the driver side headlight been misting up/condensation and yesterday i removed the bulbs are dryed it all out with a hairdryer until it was all removed and went out in the car lastnight for a few hours and its back to the same even though there was no rain or going through water etc.i had a good look today and there is no visible cracks etc and the bulb holders have a good tight fit.

Can anyone help?

you could try drilling a very small hole in the corner of the light to let the air in when driving etc. Probably best do it from the back, not sure if this would make it better or worse but if it makes it worse just fil the hole again.
