Do I Don't I?

HI ALL,

I'm thinking of changing my IS200SE manual to a GS300.

Still enjoy the IS very much.

Apart from getting a slightly larger car, is it it still a fun car to drive?

Any ideas whether I should change, thinking of getting a 99 GS

Thanks Pete

I think they're ok to drive, they're nowhere as nimble as the IS, and you really can tell the difference in town driving and when you're parking!

The biggest difference is that you can really chill in the GS in traffic, there's nothing to do, a lot of the time I just sit and relax now, I miss the IS for the windies but being honest I still chuck this thing around like no-one's business!

The import also has 4 wheel steering, which makes the car feel nimbler than it should be for it's size!

I asked a similar question a while ago - I've got an IS200 auto and was thinking of a GS430 for the extra performance and comfort. Fuel cost isn't an issue for me - so the consensus was to go for it.

Once my stupid arm heals up and comes out of plaster, I shall be. It's very frustrating seeing nice looking examples coming up and then disappearing from Autotrader and the Lexus approved used car sites!!
