Removing Brake Calipers

Hi, can anybody tell me how to remove the brake calipers from the IS please? Im after some spray and think this would be the best way to paint them rather than getting the paint with the brushes. Any help would be most appreciated. Many thanks, Tom :D

It's probably easier and a lot let hassle to paint the calipers whilst they are on the car :)

Thats what I did. Mask off bits with masking tape and newspaper.

It's only a couple of bolts, but you'll need a torque wrench or a strong arm to tighten them up again. Once you remove the bolts just slide the caliper off the disc and remove the pads but please, don't disconnect the hydraulic hose. It's a lot easier to paint or spray

and you can cover all the surface of the caliper body. Rest the caliper on a convenient suspension arm while the paint is drying. :)
