Outside Temp Gauge

Ive only noticed it the past couple of days the outside temp gauge starts to flash when i switch on the ignition is it just to alert you its cold outside as if i dont already know? after spending 10mins with a scrapper and can of de-icer

Spend the time on the Lex instead of the scrapper :D

Seriously, as above, just to warn of possible ice on the roads.

It should only flash for a short while if the temp at startup is < 4C
