Need Help Fitting New Bulbs

HI everyone, ive just purchased some new white bulbs for my is200 as i have only recently bought the car i dont know how to change the bulbs, i have the main beam, dipped headlights, sidelights and fog lights, i need to change the bulbs for all of them so if anyone has got any pointers il really appriciate it.

Look in your manual it shows you where the bulbs are and how to take them out. Just be careful when hading the bulbs. Do not touch the glass on the bulb or the tip as the grease from your skin could damage the bulb. Make sure you replace the rubber seals firmly or you will get condensation inside your lenses

just fitted philips blue visions HB4,s.a nice bright white light. :)

Thanks Spikes for the Bulb type but where did you buy them from please?

Came across some on the eBay but not sure if they will be any good?
