Here's some more of Brett's handywork, a 1JZGTE IS200 putting out 300rwkw that is owned by another member of our club:

And here is our club's first V8 conversion (disregarding Boothy's V8 Altezza race car in NZ). 200rwkw without VVTi (it's not working yet) and bucket loads of torque. It's running through a 5 speed manual gearbox:

Well, sounds like the project is drawing to a close, or am I wrong?

Still more work to be done! Post registration, there is more tuning to be done for the car's first outing on the quarter mile. At this time, Brett will set about chasing some records.

So, he's still very busy on this project, but expect to see some updates before the year is out.

what can one say WOW..........very nice IS you have there mate, and i would have to say its one of the best i have seen (if not the best) take my hat of to you sir.....did you do all the wrok on this? if so you could well be the guy to help me out, if thats ok....i will PM you..when i get round to it....:)

Had the car dyno'd today. Ran out of time to run the race fuel and give the NOS a squirt but on pump fuel car made 509rwkw which is 683HP at the rear wheels.

Ill post some graphs after I have a good sleep. Car will be back on the roller in the next couple days for the race fuel.

I dont know but guessing for the level that this has been done to thousands and thousands as the man hours would be unbelievable im guessing £50,000 the engine and gearbox alone must be worth £10-15k maybe more, but with this kinda project money really doesnt matter as it is the most outstanding piece of work i have probably ever seen, and the level of detail is just crazy.
