A couple of weeks ago my CEL came on, went to Lexus and they read the code (for free) and came back with code P0141 meaning it needed a new oxygen sensor. They quoted £310  :o

Anyway I didnt fancy paying that and knew it would be quite an easy job.

After a bit of investigation on LOC and club Lex I located the sensor I needed and sourced the part from an auto parts store in the USA. It cost £64 inc shipping and tax.

Myself and a friend fitted it today and reset the ECU and bingo no CEL light!!! :D :D

I am well pleased with myself for saving £246.

Off now for a Sunday afternoon beer or two :D :winky: :crybaby::sick:

Excellent..Did you get an OEM sensor or a universal one?

Your fuel consumption should drop quite a bit now..so even more savings...
