Is 200 Ecu Location

hi, to save me hours of looking does anyone know the whereabouts of the ecu on is200? i am trying to source a second hand one along with a master key as i only have one valet key with the car!! has anyone changed one and had any luck, i know from previous cars i've done sometimes you have to change box and sensor round ignition barrell etc... i have a couple of remotes now so with ecu and master and some keys cut should be away again!! thanks fred

What tool do I need to unscrew the ECU from the housing ?

Pretty sure these have tamper proof screws, i think when i did mine i either drilled them out or used mole grips. Top cover is 10mm bolts.
