Fallen out with the gritter men already! Got attacked by not one but two Gritter lorries this morning!

Few more pits in the lacquer to add to the collection!

At least they've been out by you - it's like a skating rink by us and we've seen not hide nor hair of any gritters. I think they usually come out May/June time by the time they've got themselves organised ;)

Its very difficult overtaking gritter lorries when on dual carriageways or 2 lane motorways. The drivers have their foot down and the grit is being spread out across the carriagway at full pressure.

They could be held liable to any damage but proving it especially in adverse weather conditions is difficult.

Driving home from work tonight I must have seen at least 4 or 5 seperate gritters, Hertfordshire council have obviously sent them out in force.
