I'm selling my OEM c/d player from my IS200. Does it need an access code to get it working? Or does it just power straight up when reconnected?

AFAIK just powers stright up mate. You don't need a code if you disconnect the Battery :D

It may be the dealer talking :tsktsk: Bollards but I was told when my stereo was sent away, that they couldn't just pop another 1 in because the radio was hard coded to the car ??????

absolute bullsh** mate - there is no code on the radio at all and u can swap radios between cars all day long if u wanted
