Help Needed

Just wired in my sat nav housing

Constant to top right

Ignition Bottom right

Ground Bottom Left

on output pins on the back

Now the bloomin thing will only go down in a few phases it wont go up at all.

Anyone got any ideas

Can't help with this I'm afraid but I always find that it's best to go and sleep on it. Then maybe start again from scratch.

I fitted a new house alarm the other day which refused to work - spend 3 hours looking at it then gave up. Next day ripped it out and started again, and bingo - worked fine....

Good advise, but still dont know whats wrong with it, it goes down a bit then stops then press either button agian then goes down a bit and stops over and over untill it closes

Really havent got a clue?

Where'd you take your constant from? Found this with the EDFC, wired it from the radio and it powered up intermittently. Found a live in the passenger footwell, now works fine.

Got a live straight from the Battery as this is used for my headunit as well. getting a bit annoying now having a fiddle at the moment
