Sport Pedals

Can anyone tell me if the drilled alloy pedals you get standard in the is200 sport can be fitted as a direct replacement for the standard ones? If so is it an easy job to change them over and where can they be purchased?

The sports pedals slip over the pedal itself. Haven't seen the standard pedals so not sure if they can be removed. If they can you should be able to slip them off it 2 mins.

The brake and clutch pedals just slip over the pedals just like the stock rubber ones do, however, the accelerator one needs to be unbolted from further up near the spring. Brake and clutch ones are inexpensive, but the accelerator one costs a bit more. Hope it helps...

Iceman - just had a browse in your garage - very nice. Noticed you've bought these as a mod, £50 don't seem too bad, is the price correct and where from?

I have the sports pedals but they're not really drilled as in you cannot see through the hole, as there's black rubber knobs in the "hole" ...... which gives great grip, whereas metal with just a hole could be quite slippy........

I presume everyone else's are they same ????

I have the Sport model, only my pedals were worn down so got another set off MartinC on here when he sold his lexus. Glad I got in there quick coz i've seen sets go for £100. Sorry for any confusion.
