Creeky Clutch Pedal

Recommended Posts

The clutch pedal in my IS has developed a creek/stiffness that I can feel in my foot when I drpress the pedal. You can hear it a bit when the stereo is off.

I'm guessing that the spring may just need some lubrication...is that possible??

If so what would you guys recommend, I would think of WD40 as more of a temporary fix...so what would be the best thing to use?

Cheers - Neil :)

Hi

I had this on a previous car, WD40 worked for a while but all started up again in the summer, i used a 3in1 spray with ptfe (i think) that did the job, also fixed the interior fan from screaming at me.
