Wiper Sprayers

MOT coming up and one spray is weak.

Anyone know how do they come off ?

It's probably just blocked.....just try using a needle or a pin to wiggle around in the holes :winky:

Otherwise you have to go messing around removing part of the soundproofing under the bonnet

Unfortunately the needle snapped off in it last year, I had to drill it out with a .8mm drill bit.

It has worked till now, but I think there must still be a piece of the needle in it.

Its the drivers side so thought I would swap them around, but it looks like you need 8 inch fingers that have at least five bends to get to them.

You can carefully slide something like a credit card under the front or back edge and it should easy out, try a search for triple jet washers there was an explaination on that thread

Thought there was a nut securing it from the underside?

Not on mine, I've changed them twice and I didn't take the soundproofing off. If I can find them I've got a set of black twin jets if you need to replace one

yeap no nead to remove from underneath can be lifted out with small screwy or anything flat, just dont let go of the pipe!!

Not much slack in the hose though :o

Forgot how powerful it should be - almost ducked when I sprayed :duh:
