Right, the time has come to buy some new rims. I don' want anything too bling bling or in ya face and after looking around for quite a while now, i've narrowed it down to these few shown below. i'm gonna be ordering them tomorrow i think, so any feedback/opinions would be appreciated. by the way, they're going on a white (st. lucia pearl) IS200; so if any photoshop gurus out there fancy croppping a couple of images and sticking them together that would be cool. so.....

Option 1:

Option 2:

Option 3:

Option 4: (in either silver or anthracite...depending on what's gonna look best against the white :) )

2 would look well pimpy and bling, but thats not what you is it?

4 in gunmetal, would sporty, classy and a bit different...

i know what u mean about the second one looking bling, but up close and personal its a bit more subtle than the picture might suggest. they do make a full chrome version of that wheel....which is very bling!!!

i'm still not 100% convinced that the gunmetal wheels will suit the white car....just think it might look out of place. :tomato:

still havn't ordered the wheels yet - gonna hold out to the weekend.

if anyone else has got any opinions and preferences then please let me know :D :D

cheers

rob

I have similar ones to option 4 in gun metal grey, so I think they look nice

Liking option 2 as well...

then option 1 to many spokes for IS although i am into multi spokes as well...

Not a fan of option 3...

But thats just my opinion, i'm not paying for them..lol don't curb them like me after 3 months I was almost in tears

yea, i'm liking 3 & 4 the most aswell. my only dilemma now, is whether to go for the more chunky spokes (i.e number 3) or the thinner spokes (i.e number 4). i do think the gunmetal colour will really suit the white car just because of the subtle contrast to the standard silver.

one question i do have for you guys is where can i get some gunmetal coloured locking wheel nuts from??? i think they come supplied with silver locking wheel nuts

cheers

Option 1 then 2...or maybe option 2 then option 1...either way I like those!!

...trust me...option 2 would look well hot on a modded IS!! I have great vision for these things! :P ...wheres one of the photo shop boys when you need em...put option 2 on an IS!!
