Blitz Nur-spec R Pipe

Just had a new pipe fitted to the Tubby, it's a Blitz Nur-spec R plus Blitz cat diffuser (replaces the stock cat) with a huge 5" slash-cut tailpipe. :D

This is an excellent piece of engineering, all TIG welded and fits perfectly. The sound it makes is amazing...a rich roar / growl up to 3,000 RPM before the turbo spools up and starts to whine. Foot off the gas sharply in 2nd, 3rd & 4th and it spits flame out the back!

Next on the list is a TB Developments downpipe, to replace both the turbo elbow and the cat diffuser with one pipe. This'll take me to around 275BHP at the fly :winky:

The biltz nur spec sounds rubbish on the IS unless it has been sport catted and the manifold done. It is a lovely exhaust though. Really suits the MR2. Bet it sounds insane when popping flames!!

i have just fitted this same pipe from the turbo back on my mates new engine, (he blew it up at the TDI meet) sounds friggin amazing popin flames all over the place nice sound , he is restricted to track days now due to the noise even with the muffler, i am sure you will love the complete system mike

Nice pipe, but I personally prefer the two exits on the MR2's ...........

Nothing beats the popping and fireballs that these exhausts emit, absolute class.

I have the Blitz Nur Spec Back box on my car and think its perfect! It doesn't wreck the place but emits a nice noticable low tone. Its gotten even nicer since the charger went in!

aint loud on the is200 unless its been sports catted etc. Its loud on the 'tezza though.
