Guys,

just wanted to see what all the Altezza owners run oil wise.

I use Comma Semi-Synthetic 10w-30

I think I will move onto a fully synthetic lubricant, Mobil 1 maybe. Not keen on the 0w-40 heard story's it can get so thin it makes the engine noisier! So possibly 10w-30 if there availble in the UK, if not AMSOIL does it in 10w-30

I am using Castrol Edge Race 0W-40 which is fully synthetic. Can't say the engine is any noisier as you cany hear much over the induction and the manifold

I take that you mean that it can get thin when it is hot, SAE40 will be thicker than SAE30 when hot. The only thing that I am cautious about is when it is cold, it is thinner than SAE10 so try not to load or rev the engine till it gets up to operating temp.
