So - for 2006, I want a new set of wheels. I will be going for 18's with the centres in gunmetal grey but need your help in deciding which one of the following 5 Volk/Rays lightweight rims to go for.

Alloy 1 - Volk Racing GT-7:

Alloy 2 - Volk Racing GT-P:

Alloy 3 - Volk Racing LE37:

deffo 5 prefer the clean lines and simple styling they are sweet!!! :yahoo:

4 and 1 look like they would be at home on an old beemer :yack:

For some reason I am really drawn to the Progressiv TE's.

I think it's the smooth line of the spokes - look cool.

What you doing with the old ones? Is the one that had the blow out KO'd?

The one with the blow out has been checked and it's fine thank goodness. I'll either keep them for track rims or sell them.

I agree with you Am that number 1 is bottom of the heap at the moment.

BTW - Number 3 aren't on mats - he has the TE37 not LE37 (they join the outer edge of the rim slightly differently).

Nice link - thanks. :)

with gunmetal centers and the polished lip. The price was about £1000 more, opted for the iforgeds in the end!
