Newera Imports

I ordered a vehicle & paid £16000 for it in June of this year & to this date still havnt seen it yet,I have had a load of excuses & basically the car was not as described in the advert...Im just trying to warn people to AVOID at all cost using the services of NEWERA IMPORTS I would hate to think other people will be treated the same as me because they just ignore Letters & Faxs.If anybody wants the full TRUE story contact me at joe@amsharrow.co.uk.

Sorry to hear about your misfortunes.

I have used them in the past to buy some tuning parts, no problems at all.

Have you called them, and did you recieve an invoice for your purchase?

If you feel that you haven't been treated properly you should contact the Trading Standards Agency at your local Council. There are hefty penalties (including criminal charges) for any laws have been breached. Good luck mate.

Sorry to hear that mate, and thanks for the heads up. I'd actually been in touch with them to source an Aristo glad I bought it from Tempo (Syd) instead of them. Hope all goes well and I'd definitely follow advice given above.

I have reported it to Trading Standards but untill I get hold of the vehicle theres nothing they can do,I was refused the location of the car untill very recently & I asked on 3 occasions for some pics of it,they never sent any.

They wonder why Im geeting arsey with them.

I totally agree.They have a good name.

I have found they have done this before to a few people all it boils down to is customer relations when things go wrong which has been the case here, but rather than face the problems head on Newera beleive than can just brush them under the carpet...All I have ever wanted is the car I paid for & a delivery date I have neither & Newera clearly have no customer relations. Its a real shame its come to this but I dont have anywere to turn.....

It was a Nissan Skyline I do realise thats not a Toyota but I do see IS200 on there site & I was just trying to give people general information on the type of people Newera are if things go wrong......

personally i have delt with new era and found them to be sound, as it seems have quite a few people have.

i think if your gonna Warn people, then you should post the facts first., as in give the full story. not part or hint at more ......

i agree whats happened is bad, but it looks bad as in your intentions when you sign up to forums just top voice your opinion ( a forum that you dont own the car for)

how many more forums did you troll and register with to post your personal bad experiance
