Drive your car ....... but what I would do is goto the police station, and get them to put a PNC report on your car to say that it is possible your plates have been cloned.

Ask for the picture, goto court if neccessary.

If it wasn't you, then don't worry !

...and keep some ID with you. I'd expect (hope) that after you've reported this you'd get pulled a couple of times because they're looking for your plate!

same thing happened to me when we had our Rav4.

dont take no for an answer ask for proof /picture ,I did and they backed down.

name, address, etc

if pulled they will recite them, and be allowed to carry on
