Going to change the oil tiday, anyone know what the capacity is of the 3S-GE engine?

Did mine 2 weeks back....

it used all 5ltrs.

Check the dipstick mate, soon as it tad over the half way mark then stop.

Thanks Am 5ltrs it is then, I assume that included the filter.

Dipstick was fall back plan but it is a pain doing it in stages and waiting for it to drain down to the sump each time.

Handy as it leaves an empty container for getting rid of the old stuff as well.

I used Comma 10w-30 semi synthetic, didn't have much of a choice as i put a hole in the oil sump so grabbed anything i could at the time

Will be switching to mobile 1 end of novemeber i thinks...
