Not to crap on Mr Morse's thread, like him I was thinking of an AFC or E-manage for the Tezza.

There are two reasons for this.

The first is sometimes the engine "bogs down" after running up to a roundabout and idling for a second or two, will be changing the plugs soon but I think the problem is fuelling. Feels like it is running rich and stutters for a couple of beats till it clears and then off again.

Second is emissions, think it may be possible to "lean" the mixture right out to reduce the CO levels.

What I am looking for is some way to have 2 pre-programmed settings one for optimum fuelling throughout the rev range and one for reduced CO.

Anyone got any suggestions on a way forward with this idea?

Cheers Neil

emanage is quite good.............as is unichip.

if the tezza engine is like the 300/200 its too lean anyway...........

main benefit is yopu can map them to suit your driving needs and fuel........

not cheap tho

Was thinking about "leaning out" for very short periods at natural and fast idle speeds :winky:
