Pictures (before and after would be ideal) of an IS200 SE with the TTE lowering springs (-30mm)

I would keep the standard shocks for a while - are they up to the job or are they going to bite the bullet after 10k?

Ta muchly :D

oh, and in answer to your questions (I have the Eibachs - which TTE rebadge and sell, same springs) mine was a SE..

You can read my thoughts on the thread link, but i had mine fitted 2 years ago and havent had any suspension or shocks issues..

just make sure you get your wheels aligned once the springs have bedded in...

Thanks for that mate - the PI's are tempting too now I have seen that they drop the car a little more. (-35mm as opposed to -30mm)

I don't want it to look too silly though - I am not planning on changing the wheels just yet so don't want tiny 17's buried in the arches - I don't think it would look right.

Also - has anyone fitted these themselves?

I have done front springs many a time on Peugeots in the past but the rear's are torsion bars so i've never had rear suspemsion out.

I assume (I haven't actually looked) that the top mounts are accessable from the boot?

Spring compresses, a full workshop and a pit are great things when you have them to hand :D :whistling:

it depends on what your doing with the exhaust as well - i think the standard box is okay - but if i have anyone in the back, speedbumps grate the backbox quite badly..

There are quite a few people fitted these themselves - Mat did a pictorial guide that's in the KB.

Not a difficult job, but a PITA and time consuming, especially the rears. Be a lot easier to do with a ramp or inspection pit.

BTW Neil (MacRS200) has the -35mm PI's fitted on his IS200
