I'm with Barclays - £130 for the year with buildings and contents (plus extended contents to £3000 for our walking and climbing gear for when we go away.

Norwich Union and the others didn't compare at all.

Worth a quote from them though.

I used confused.com to earch a few places...ended up with Norwich union Direct... MUCH cheaper than renewal quote from people I had my mortage with.

i was with tesco but i changed to norwich union as they were offering half price content's insurance with there building's cover. the price was about the same as tesco's but i had more faith with nu

Found them cheaper than anyone else,and the cover is fantastic.wife lost a diamond out of her ring whilst on holiday,rang S***,yes we are covered,even got a new valuation certificate complete with photo,when ring was returned

Thanks guys, went with a local company in the end got a very good price, beat the best price i got on the net by over a £100 :D including contents :D :D & exchanged yesterday :)
