Failing Door Lock

Hello,

The automatic open/lock feature of the right rear door seems to be failing on me. When ever I open/lock the doors with the key FOB or Front door button, the right rear door lock either moves slightly or doesn't move. Sometimes it opens, but rarely locks.

I think it's a failing Door Lock Actuator or Latch Assembly. Does anyone know where I can find this part cheap, used or new?

Or... am I going down the wrong path all together?
