All I can see is remaining allowances, upgrades and second line

1) How long have you had your mobile - might be stupid question, but if you're a recent customer, and have not actually had a billing period yet, you wont be able to see a bill...

2) Did you specifically request online billing for itemised bills? I did, but I would guess you can still see online itemised bill even if you asked for postal statements....

I signed up for 'My Services' needed to sign up for 'My Account' as well.

Derek i've had my line for over 3 years now. I can only see my unbilled items..

Yeah it's £1.50 per minute depending on your tarffic.

If you are on some of the cheaper monthly contract it will cost you that much. It's a minefield trying to work out some of the costs involved.
