Valuation

Hey gang...

I need somone to give fairly accurate valuation price on a car URGENTLY. Ideally if you got one those books or registered with valuation company.

Obviously done the usual online but unbelievably prices varys from one to another. Some won't give "free" valuation as don't go pre 1997.

The Car is VW Polo, 1.4L, 1996 N plate, 36K, no service history. Written off in accident (possible CAT C,D) but since been repaired. Only front bumper replaced but the car in immaculate inside and out....

Is it worth £1300???

if your thinking of buying, i would say walk away...

Cat C/D write off - only 36k but no history....

It's just one of those cars that looks "OK" and gotta admit I like it. Not for me though...for a family member. It's an Auto but bloody h3ll...I haven't seen a car that "good" condition for that age.

Did you see the damage or have you only seen it after it was repaired??....as its for a family i would leave it bro, especially as it has no history ;)

Only seen it after being repaired. The owner is saying the bumper and one the front lights got damaged but all has been repaired or changed.

Yeh...now im getting doubts on it...taking a mechanic with me later today for a better inspection but with all your responses and looking at other similiar models there are quite a few out there with better history/ no accidents.
