that is the nuts fella, very very shiny!! thats what i love about black cars, they have the ability to reflect and almost become invisible!!

Have you thought about having a few layers of clear coat put on there as you will be able to polish it up without fear of going through the paint!

would give it an amazing depth all year round!

Klasse AIO is frickin AMAZING!!!!!!!!

well duh! how long have we been telling you that?:lol:

seriously- I prefer Klasse to megiuars - have said that many times.

its probably not a fair comparison for you though mate - the prep you have put into this is making a massive difference.

wait till you get a few layersof SG on :winky:

I have tried every Megs product,

clay bar with Quick Detailer,

3 Stage Deep Crystal

Gold class shampoo

Gold class wax

NXT Tech wax

Out of those i will still probably use Quick Detailer and Gold Class Shampoo... The rest isn't no way as good as Klasse!

NXT Tech was totally crap, cloudy and dull.

How long between coats of SG should i leave?

leave it 24 hours mate.

do not apply any wax at at all. once you wax - you cannot apply any more SG.

you reallywant to get 5 - 7 layers down.

not only will that give fabulous depth of shine - but a really nice protective layer against nasty **** in the rain, bird bombs, bug guts etc.

you've worked like a ***** on getting this finish - would be a good idea to seal it well in!

The great thing about the AIO/SG/Carnuba treatment - when done properly - is that it lasts for MONTHS - just a quick wash and the car is GLEAMING again.

Can't wait to see what the Daywalker is going to look like when it's done - I reckon on a sunny day, it'll look like that chromed Audi doing the rounds.

Well done, Mr. Singh!!! :D

Okay mate...

Will get layer on tomorrow and will continue to add layers for the next 7 days :D

Then its okay to apply wax?

and pics right?

plenty of pics?

good man :winky:

rule is basically you cannot add SG on top of wax. Once you have a level of shine you are happy with, feel free to wax.

Wash and wax as much and whenever you want after that.

but no more AIO (it will remove the wax and glaze) or SG.

will do no harm.

you are not building anything up though - simply making sure you are throroughly polished.

its shiny.

:P

looking better and better mate ;)

when you used the NXT polish had you used NXT Car shampoo?

As if you dont then it goes cloudy, also if you use quick detailer on top of NXT polish then it goes cloudy also.

The NXT range is not realy compatible with other types of Meguires products.

when used together the produce amazing results

If you carry on like this Am, you car is going to be SO shiny that it becomes invisible and just reflect the sorrundings like a mirror!!

Like the Aston Martin on the Bond Movie "Die Another Day" :hehe:

fantastic results there mate, black cars look so sweet when polished well.
