The headlights your refering to Oli, are the Modelista lights, there not part of the Qualitat parts list
Qualitat is just a marketing name for options over and above TRD.

TRD being the sports options, and Qualitat being the elegance parts, the qualitat suspension parts are TRD

Modilista is again another marketing brand name, all are part of the Toyota NETZ dealer network

So the one I saw that was for sale was even rarer as it was the qualitat plus the modelista headlights and manual.......... it was for sale when I bought mine. Through a friend of an aquantance and was for sale at £11.5k last year.......... can't get hold of the guy any more........
