Cam Belt Change

Can anyone tell me what the recommended mileage is when the cam belts should be changed.

Tried my owners manual and it's all Japanese to me :duh:

I normally do with a second hand car just to be on the safe side, but there is a load of stuff to come off the front just to get at the cover. As the IS200 is 100K and the car has only done 60K I don't particularly want to pull it all to bits if I don't have to.
