Hi All

The wifes car when we bought it cheap had a damaged passenger leather seat cover

So i have just got around to get it replaced but could only afford one from a scappys but the only one in ok condition has mould on the seat part of the seat and need to know the best way if any of get it off

we've tried hot water , merquires gold leather cleaner also a valets leather cleaner but seem to be rubbing the leather away

Can anyone suggest something else and where to get it from and know it does work before i go right through the leather and have to start again

Have you tried wetting a corner of a bit of cleaning cloth, and then lightly work shampoo into the mould?

Alternatively you could try Flexalan from a saddlers, which is a leather cleaning and restorative liquid, and I have used it to remove mould from an expensive saddle I once lent to someone. When the mould is gone then clean again with your Maguires.

Hope this helps
