Its a true and sad fact, that most ( if not all )UK Lexus dealerships are just tarted up Toyota showrooms.

Lexus UK should take a page out of Lexus Japan's book, if your going to charge more money for the servicing , you should expect a purpose made building/showroom, workshops......rant over :winky:

I have to admit, Lexus Twickenham are pretty cool- they have everything from the big fat TV and nice leather couches to the fit receptionist and coffee machine for customers :D
