Okay, a bit of a techy question here...

To sell boards (such as PCI boards) in Europe, what are the standards that you have to conform to (such as EMI etc.)

also, does anyone have a link?

Applicable directives for CE marking are these

EMC directive 89/336/EEC and 92/31/EEC and 93/68/EEC

Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EEC and 93/68/EEC

The actual standards that will apply are dependent upon use of the boards and the environment in which they will operate. It the board is part of a larger system testing of the system as a whole may be required even if the individual bits comply with standards. Whole thing can be a nightmare, been there.
