exactly what i said the them... what doesnt help is that my zaust and an auto box along with enclosed space made my car sound like it was going faster than it was.. but still i had stopped at the t junction then turned into the road, just straightened up then bam.. so i could not have broken the speed limit at all...

i'm not an insurance man, but it doesn't sound like it was your fault anyway... you can claim every penny off the other drivers insurance.
