Is there an in dash screen you can get with a Radio tuner built into it?

I want to put a MAC Mini Computer in the glovebox but I will need the tuner to get FM radio!

Also I need to be able to hook up the car speakers!

Would this not be a solution use this PioneerAvic-x1 system as used in the IS300 shown on my previous post now for sale at a great price by scorcher see below

if that has gone a local Audio shop is doing it for £1500 fitted, in Cardiff!
