I saw it a lunchtime and was surprised to see quite a few kids there.

Story was so so but it joined nicely together and laid the groundwork for epsiode 4.

Did pmsl when,at the end when Anakin is being transformed, this little kids voice boomed out ' anakins Darth Vader'- I just wanted to shout out 'Nooo you've spoilt it for me now'

Saw it at 10am this morning too - thought the battles were awesome!

But as usual some of the dialogue was a tad ropey - let's hope George does a good job on Indiana Jones 4

Yeah looking forward to Indy 4 :)

loved the other 3, hope george cuts out the cheese from the sw films tho :)

Ive also heard that he wants to relaunch eps 4 5 6 in the cinemas again but in glorious digital 3D, when will it all end !!!

i heard from a source that the original star wars was a 9 episode "nonology" or whatever they call it.

i dont think that 7,8 and 9 will be made just yet.... if ever?!

well there isnt many that get away in episode 6 to really make much story from

I would love to see more movies, but cannot see how it would make sense :(

I went to a 00:30 show and it was packed, a good atmosphere and a Dolby Digital Screen presentation, so it was like watching a high quality DVD on a huge screen.

I enjoyed the film, the action was fast and furious with lots of lightsabers.

Visually it was very impressive and puts the first two to shame despite what they achieved in terms of special effects.

It was sad seeing Anakin manipulated and his emotions abused for the needs of others and even though we know the outcome you didn't want him to turn on the people he was close to.

Despite what happens, that scene shows how powerful a Jedi Mace is.

Some of it felt a bit rushed, like the death of the Jedis and I thought we were going to see more action involving the Wookies on Kashyyyk, particularly Chewbacca.

I'll probably see this again at the cinema and hope they give it a good two disc treatment like Episode's I and II DVDs.

I watched the Clone Wars DVD before this and it is a fantastic 69 minute animated adventure (it is now all 20 epsiodes have been cut together for the DVD), Mace's episode is just smooth. My only complaint is the lack of a 5.1 sound track.

i presume there is no point in somoene like me (who has never seen a star wars movie) watching this?

How could you spend this much of your life never having seen a single starwars movie??

i guess for you, you should start with episode one and watch them in order, I would love to be able to do that not knowing the end before i had even seen the beginning.

I dunno really, just never interested me, like star trek never seen one of those movies or a full episode on sky one.

maybe i'll get around to it sometime but tbh is still doesn't really interest me that much, maybe after i watch one i might be more enthusiastic
