My Visit To Dr. Bone's Surgery...

Just been to see Tony at Watford to get a full geometry on my GS.

All was well, apart from a problem with two of the front adjusters being siezed with corrosion, so Tony couldn't do a 100% accurate adjustment :crybaby:

If any of you guy's are thinking of having the geometry done on your GS's (not sure about the Mk2's?), then Tony recommends you give these adjusters a good soaking with penetrating oil (WD40 etc.) before going to see him.

I will try to take a couple of pics to upload to show you where the adjusters are later :winky:

Apart from the hiccup, Tony did manage to make some alterations and the car feels sharper in the bends, although I need to sort a small matter out with a bit of weld and go back for some fine-tuning :)

All in all I think Tony is a "top bloke" and certainly knows what he's doing. Everything was explained as he went along so you at least get some sort of understanding as to what does what :duh: :P

... oh, and a nice cup of hot chocolate :winky:
