What is the legality of these?

always thought they were illegal, but what constitutes a convoy?

Any large amount of cars causing a disturbance ........... is an offence of nuisance.

It doesn't have to be in a convoy ..............

But who is to stop a normal, 'convoy' with motorists just following each other, at a legal speed, and a legal pace ........ and driving correctly?
