Did this model come with the same lowered spring set up as the uk spec MK1 Sport?

No - They are same as the Normal MK I UK Spec GS, BUT they do have active shocks to give a better ride when in sports mode or you go over 80 MPH

Ah well. It was worth a go. There is one breaking on eBay at the mo. Mine is shaking its a55 way to high.

I have a white and silver beastie with all the sport gizmos apart from the lowered springs. I even have a pair of 10" rears with as new tyres but not put them on yet. I want to lower it first.
