I've got quite a lot of surface scratches on the drivers bumper.

When I rum my finger over them you can't feel the scratch.

I've used Scratch X and then T-cutted it but I can still see the scratches it hasn'r worked.

Any Advice?

Also I'm going to use the touchup paint for a large scrape any tips?
