Just got the press release on the lions tour, and have to say that i question certain choices in the list, but i'm not the head coach!! :P

My pennies worth.......

Dawson priceless player one of the best scrum halfs i can think in the game at the moment.

Neil back awesome as well has a huge workrate and so easily justifys his place and for a small guy put some superb tackles in.

Pleased to see Hill too, hes always up for a big game....

I can only really comment on the English players as i dont follow the other national sides as well as i should, I just hope Clive doesnt start Thompson at Hooker until he can throw straight and at the right height he should be kept on the bench, His loose play is very good just line out skills seem to let the side down a lot...

I could go on but its late........who do you think should be left at home????

Dallaglio - He retired, so he should stand aside for younger players

Thompson - Described by J Guscott as a grazing cow on the pitch that can't throw straight, i agree

Balshaw - Hasn't played enough international games in the last 2 years

Back - He retired, so he should stand aside for younger players too.

Hodgson - Inconsistent to say the least

Hill - To long injured

But thats just my thoughts!
