right i have gone through this before but the alloys i was bidding on i didn't get so i got money for springs any recommendations on for the mk1 GS300 and if so whos got them and how much

Ade Thomas has just put a set of Eibachs on his GS.

He seems to like em.

I'm putting Tein CS coilovers on mine.

I would go for coilovers as well.  Since your stock shocks have been used for quite a while i guess, putting lowering springs on will shorten the shock life a lot.

coilovers aren't an option at the minute unfortunately as not got the 1700 quid to do it all think thats going to be end of the year possibly so i just want the springs for now and the shocks have only covered about 20k i think as i have a receipt for them being done
