I need to create a matching stainless boss for the Post cat sensor

as new exhaust doesnt have a port yet.

Ok, best advice is get the sensor then type match the thread on a gauge or a selection of nuts, drill exhaust/ weld job done. is'nt it? Question "Why" does any car have a "post" o2 sensor?

All ODB-II vehicles should have an O2 sensor after the cat. It is used to detect the cat is working properly. If it detects a problem the engine warning light will come on.

The O2 sensor(s) before the cats are used to set air/fuel mixture
