Trying to put some pics of my car in the 'Garage'

Having difficulty loading them up from the browser, I think the Pics. may be too big.

How do I cut them down or compress them so I can post a few?

Either use a program such as Photoshop ..... or search the web, there are a few web based image compression site out there .........

your PC should come with 'Paint'

Just open the photo with that, select 'Image' from the top menu, and stretch skew.

Then you can change the size via the % boxes. (eg 50% will make it half size).

Just save and voila ;)
