Ginger Biscuits

I just love ginger biscuits for dunking in coffee, but recently there seems to be a shortage,none in the local supermarket for at least two weeks,and this afternoon after finishing a horse at a farm, go in for coffee and ginger biscuits as usual, but no ginger bicuits, even the farmer can't find any at his local supermarket

Are you lot eating all the ginger bicuits :P or do you dunk other types?

Not me mate, not a fan.. Hob Nobs or chocolate digestives are my faves. :D

Have to be careful they dont break and fall in to the drink though :P

I can tell you why!!!

Most biscuits in the UK are made by McVities- whether its brand or own label- they had to close the factory a while ago- it was either due to fire or flood. (cant remember)

Most of the mults have been out of stock of most varieties recently.....

They'll be brand name back on the shelves before own label, but it shouldnt be too long!!
