Just Got Some Good News!

Just got a phone call from my mortgage man, as me and mrs stu are in the process of buying a house.

We had some issues regarding credit histories etc, but he found a company that were prepared to look at the case, and they got back to him today with the final verdict!

We were approved for the mortgage! :D :D :D :D :D :D

Finally some good news!!!

Now all we've got to do is pay through the nose for the privelage for the next 30 years!!!

Would be great if you were able to PM me some details of this company. My other half has a credit "issue" at the moment (none of her fault btw, and is being dealt with by the police !) but I can just see the mortgage companies giving us a hard time when trying to sort out a house in the near future.

If you want to check out your credit score and get some control back go to creditexpert.co.uk, you get a 30 day free trial but a years subscription is £50. I have enroled because they block any attempt to get credit on my address without permission( I am concerned about credit fraud). :yack:

we had our second mortgage approved last week and are hoping to complete on our new home in bedfordshire in 3-4 weeks time. and we are going to take a bold step by keeping and renting out our place in London.
