Never taken one off the IS but is it hitting the cross member?

yea it is pete............but all so when you look in side i can see all the bottomend and i done want to just pull it out as i dont know what im going to hit :crying: ;) me thinking its a job best done on a ramp :yawn:

Not sure on IS200... but on the Altezza there are series of bolts around the joining flange, and then small threaded pieces which you have remove with a flat head screw driver, i.e. unscrew the threaded piece out.

Its not clear but if you clean the ends of thos thread/bolt bits you might see slot in the center for flat head driver to undo them...

Might be worth a look..

The sump is of ie all the bolts are of and the sump is just sitting on the cross member...........but like i said i dont want to just pull on it as i dont know what im going to hit :crying: i need to know how to get it out from the cross member :whistling:
