I have a loan of a RX for a few days - really nice white light dials

Anyone tried that on the IS?

correct, however i think your find that its a 'dirty' kid of yellow/white

Nope,, there are only 5 LED's used,, same amount as auto designs..

Only 5 LEDs... thats interesting. The method I saw for the US one uses about 25!! So have you just carefully angled the five so you get the light to spread through the plastic diffusers?

no alignment needed just drop in the leds, add a bit of silicone selaent to fix them in place,, job done..
